How does your pricing work? Do you charge by the hour or a flat rate per project?
We provide a customized, flat-rate quote for each project to ensure transparency and a clear understanding of the total cost. Our estimates are based on a comprehensive assessment of the property's size, the specific services requested, and the materials, equipment, and labor required to complete the job.
What is your policy for rescheduling due to bad weather (rain, high winds, etc.)
We closely monitor weather conditions to ensure the safety and quality of our work. If inclement weather requires us to postpone your scheduled service, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the change and to schedule a new appointment. For services like weekly mowing, you will not be charged for any week that a service is skipped due to bad weather.
What payment methods do you accept? When is payments due?
We accept cash and checks. For most single-service jobs, payment is due upon completion of work. For our recurring mowing services, we offer monthly billing, with invoices sent at the end of each month. For larger projects, such as mulching, bed maintenance, or stone installations, a 50% deposit is required to secure the project, with the remaining balance due upon the job's completion.
