Yes - we offer both! You can choose per-visit snow removal or a seasonal contract. Per-visit is a good option if you only need help once in a while, while seasonal contracts give you peace of mind knowing your property will be taken care of all winter long. Pricing depends on  the size of your property, how often you'd like service, and whether you'd like us to apply rock salt. We'll walk you through your options so you can choose what works best for you. 

Response time depends on the storm. For smaller storms, we can come out when there's 1-2 inches, or whatever threshold you prefer. For large storms, we often clear once after 3-4 inches have fallen, the return later if more snow has accumulated (for example, during a foot of snow, we'd likely visit twice). We're flexible and can set the plan based on your needs. 

Yes - in fact, we prefer scheduling seasonal contracts so you know you're covered no matter how many storms hit. That said, we also offer one-time snow removal if you just need help here and there. 

Yes - we can apply rock salt or ice melt as part of your service. We have pet-friendly options available, and we'll always use materials that are safe or your driveway or walkway. The cost of salt or ice melt is included in your estimate, so there are no surprises.
